The Backstory
Zife “Z” Seferi and Tima Dalipi, Jam + Toast co-owners and sisters-in-law, left the Chicago area to open a restaurant in North Texas. The restaurant is family owned and operated, with Zife's brother and nephews also working there. "At any given time, you will see myself or my sister-in-law Tima here," says Zife.
Zife's father owned a restaurant when she was young, and about six years ago, she and Tima decided to leave their careers to open a restaurant. They eventually opened two Jam + Toast locations in Irving and sold them to open a restaurant in Frisco in 2023, where they both lived.
